Embodied is a guided healing program for people living with chronic anxiety, unexplained symptoms, and a nervous system that has been in survival mode for too long.

You have done the appointments, the tests, the research. Read the books, tried the breathing exercises, the supplements, maybe even the medications. Some things helped a little. Most did not last.

And through all of it, there has been this quiet, exhausting fear that something is just wrong with you. That your body is broken. That this is simply how things are going to be now.

It is not. Your system is not broken. It is protecting you. And there is a way through that does not require you to push harder, think more positively, or find the right technique. What it requires is learning what your body has actually been trying to say.

What is the Embodied program?

Embodied is a self-paced, holistic program that helps people find healing from chronic anxiety and chronic illness.

Based on nervous system regulation and neural retraining, it combines somatic practices, neuroplasticity exercises, and guided lessons in a focused, simplified way. It is especially helpful for people who have felt overwhelmed by larger programs and want more personal support along the way.

The program runs on your time, in your space. You can add personal sessions with a trauma-informed somatic practitioner trained to work with the emotional root cause underneath chronic symptoms, a layer most programs do not reach.

While many programs recommend waiting for the nervous system to feel safe before approaching emotional work, Embodied works with specific techniques to gently build the body's capacity to hold what is underneath. This way, the brain no longer needs symptoms to keep it away.

Hi, I'm Noa Kairy

I am a polyvagal-informed focusing practitioner and trainer, a trauma-informed therapist, a Pain Reprocessing Therapy and neuroplasticity coach, and a somatic yoga teacher. I have worked with people navigating everything from chronic anxiety to chronic illness and burnout.

Embodied was created because I kept meeting people who had tried everything and were still missing something. This program addresses more than the nervous system and the brain. It allows you to go deeper into the root cause of your condition.

In my personal coaching sessions, I bring in tools from Integral Somatic Psychology and parts work to help you reach what is underneath, and reconnect with your true essence.
