Noa Kairy
This is my story.
About me
Hello, beautiful souls.
I have been there. The pain, the hopelessness, the anxiety. Spending time and money trying to heal my emotional and physical pain. But I was too focused on fixing myself. I did not feel safe in my body or mind. I was living in a highly dysregulated survival state, rather than thriving.
My name is Noa. I am a certified neuroplasticity coach, a polyvagal-informed focusing practitioner for trauma and addiction, a trauma-informed somatic therapist, a Pain Reprocessing Therapy coach, and a trauma-informed yoga instructor. I am also trained in Integral Somatic Psychology (ISP), an effective method for processing underlying emotional trauma in a safe, regulated way. I work with the internal parts of a person's experience, not just the surface symptoms.
I am a deep believer in the body's ability to heal itself. Having lived most of my adult life with chronic pain, fibromyalgia, CFS/ME, chronic anxiety, MCS, and mold toxicity, my journey led me to the world of yoga, deep inner work, neuroplasticity, pain reprocessing therapy (PRT), and somatic movement. I have seen what changes when someone finally feels understood by their own body.
I began to recognize patterns, beliefs, and behaviors that were keeping me in a constant state of stress, a survival state behind my anxiety and symptoms. Although I had been aware of these patterns for some time, it was when I began to regulate my nervous system that true healing happened. I came to understand that the key to my healing was safety.
Today, I am deeply passionate about helping people heal and find safety in their bodies. In my years of experience guiding others, and in my own healing, I have learned that finding your true self-expression, the part of you lost to trauma, is the most transformative experience of healing body and mind.
Now is the time to heal. You have been through enough.
What I believe
The nervous system is not a problem to be managed. It is an intelligent, adaptive system that learned to protect you. When it gets stuck in patterns of threat and hypervigilance, it is not malfunctioning. It is doing exactly what it was designed to do.
This work is about earning its trust again. Working together creates space to actually process the emotional weight underneath the symptoms, not just regulate the surface.
Most people I work with have been told their results are normal, their anxiety is manageable, their symptoms are stress-related. They have been handed tools that help a little but do not reach the root.
Why I created Embodied
I created Embodied because I kept meeting people who had already tried the programs. They had done brain retraining. They had regulated their breath. They had followed the protocols carefully. And yet something remained stuck.
The missing piece, almost always, was the emotional layer. The body holding emotional layers of experience that had never been fully processed. Working with our emotions in a safe way allows for deeper healing to take place.
