  • Module 5: Somatics

    This module will take a closer look at your body's inner world, and help you feel safe as you navigate your inner emotions, beliefs, and memory structures. Using Polyvagal-informed and Somatic Experiencing techniques, you will learn to access the "felt sense", the inner sensations, feelings and emotions, in a safe and nurturing way.

  • Module 6: Somatic Inquiry Work

    Somatic inquiry work involves a deeper look at the "fixed" belief structures, emotions, behaviors and memories that are at the root of chronic anxiety and illness. While many programs focus on brain retraining, as a means of healing, many people claim their symptoms often return as stressful moments resurface. Somatic inquiry helps you shift old rooted patterns, that are at the heart of your symptoms. The goal is to help you shift and create a new path, that is reflective of your own true-self expression.

  • Module 7: Trauma-Informed Yoga Practices

    This module will offer a variety of somatic yoga practices, designed to help you find safety and freedom in movement. As the body begins to regulate, and patterns and beliefs began to shift, these practices aim to open and release emotional and physical blocks, that are at the root of these patterns.
