About Embodied

Embodied is a home-based neuroplasticity program for neural retraining and somatic nervous system regulation based on a somatic or "embodied" approach. It is designed to help you find freedom from limbic system conditions such as anxiety, chronic illness, and trauma and to allow you to build emotional and physical resilience. The Embodied program uses both top-down and bottom-up approaches to healing, combining tools such as somatic inquiry, yogic philosophy, and conscious movement to help you find the peace and connection you’ve been longing for. If you have tried everything to heal, and still feel stuck, this program is for you.

Noa Kairy 

My name is Noa, and I am a certified neuroplasticity coach, polyvagal-informed focusing practitioner for trauma and addiction, pain reprocessing therapy coach, and trauma-informed yoga instructor. I am a deep believer in the body's ability to heal itself. Having lived most of my adult life with chronic pain, autoimmune illnesses and anxiety, my journey led me to the world of yoga, deep inner work, neuroplasticity, pain reprocessing therapy (PRT), and somatic movement. I am deeply passionate about helping people regulate their nervous systems and find safety in their bodies. In my years of experience guiding others to heal, and in my own healing experience, I learned that finding your true Self - the part of you that has been lost due to trauma - is the truly transformative experience of healing body and mind.
